Our team combines legal and technical expertise to deliver comprehensive solutions in privacy, compliance, and digital governance.
From Europe and Latin America, we work alongside companies, organizations, and public institutions to promote a responsible, secure, and ethical use of technology.

Attorney and Compliance Officer with 15 years of experience, specialized in corporate and business law. She has developed her career in Argentina, Spain, and Italy, advising companies, particularly in the financial and insurance sectors.

She leads the implementation of Compliance Management Systems and anti–money laundering (AML) prevention strategies, combining international legal expertise with a practical approach to corporate risk management.

International professional specialized in privacy, cybersecurity, and governance (GRC), with a strong focus on strategic management. Her experience centers on leading and managing large-scale global compliance programs (GDPR, LGPD, PIPL) within multinational corporate environments.

She leads the implementation of risk and security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIS2) and complex audits, designing controls and aligning privacy management with overall business strategy.

We work with a global network of legal and information security professionals.

We also collaborate with a network of technical experts (security engineers, IT specialists, data architects) who work closely with the governance and privacy team to ensure that privacy programs are implemented operationally. This approach ensures execution—not just strategic design: policies translated into technical controls, auditable data flows, and stakeholder access managed through systems.
